Welcome to DB Building! We’re Duncan and Courtney Baird, a husband and wife team located in Orange NSW.
Building and constructing expertly designed new and renovated homes in the Orange region for over 20 years, we pride ourselves in making the stressful process of building a home as seamless and calm as possible. We do this through our excellent client service, attention to detail and refined process.
We are known for our quality custom builds and strong client relationships, tailoring each build to our client’s individual needs by creating functional custom homes with the highest quality details. Many of our heritage and restoration projects are dotted around Orange and the Central West of New South Wales. One of our greatest joys is giving an old home a new lease of life while making our clients happy. We ensure that we employ only the best quality tradespeople so that the building process is smooth and consistent and you are left with a home that will bring you joy for years to come.
